Individual Supervision
Individual supervision is a personalized and focused space where practitioners can reflect on their work, receive tailored feedback, and address specific challenges. Colorado requires 70 hours of individual supervision for counselor candidates, and accepts supervision hours for practicing counselors fulfilling continued professional competency (CPC).
Align Again individual sessions are built to support professional development by helping supervisees refine their skills, strengthen clinical judgment, and navigate complex cases with greater confidence.
“Individual supervision has been one of the most steadying parts of my professional growth. I've learned practices both mentally and physically that allow me to approach my cases with more clarity. I chose individual supervision because I like to worth at my own pace, and I'm glad I did- I leave sessions feeling more confident, supported, and genuinely better at what I do.” - Zach, LPC
