What It Is
A 20-day online Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group for adults.
DBT?
DBT stands for dialectical behavioral therapy. It's "basic training" in 4 pillars of psychology: awareness, tolerance, regulation, and effectiveness.
How It Works
For 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, you'll engage in a 15 minute DBT-centered practice to train your brain in becoming more effective and aware. Each day you'll receive a prompt, activity, or reflection, as well as opportunities to "workshop yourself" with other group members. Your growth is not only visible, but your ability to create and continue practices will shift from stressful (think: New Year's resolutions) to a playground (think: that person who seems to truly enjoy to their life).

THE DAILY PRACTICE

A 3 minute psychology "mini" lesson.

5 minutes of mental exercises connecting the "mini" lesson to your brain. It becomes not just a concept but your concept.

5 minutes of physical exercises to help align and regulate your entire nervous system. It's not just "mind over matter" anymore.

2 minutes of journal or reflection (written, audio, or video, your choice) for clarity and continued growth.
