Individual Clinical Supervision
Individual supervision is a personalized and focused space where practitioners can reflect on their work, receive feedback, and address specific challenges. Colorado requires 70 hours of individual supervision for counselor candidates, and accepts supervision hours for practicing counselors fulfilling continued professional competency (CPC).
Align Again individual sessions are built to support professional growth by helping supervisees refine their skills, strengthen clinical judgment, and navigate complex cases with greater confidence.
“I chose individual supervision because I like to worth at my own pace, and it's been one of the best choices for my professional growth. I've learned practices both mentally and physically that allow me to approach my cases with more clarity. I genuinely leave feeling more confident and better at what I do.” – Zach, LPC
