Many of us try to change.

We start strong, making progress.

But then something shifts, and we slip back into old feelings and patterns. Why doesn't the change last?

Because our brain and body fall out of alignment.

Align Again Sessions uses a combination of psychotherapy and physical practices to realign the brain and body, returning your system to safety. The result is new and lasting neural pathways– you actually move forward and create new ways to think and feel.

And change? It lasts.

Why Brain and  Body?

Once, the body's fight-or-flight protected us from real, physical threats. In modern life, however, threats manifest in more complex ways: Do they like me? Will I have enough money? Have I forgotten something? Am I going to get in trouble?

While our brains grew to manage these threats, our bodies still react to them using the same old protective patterns. So no matter how much we ruminate or deep think, if our bodies are still in threat mode, we don't feel better. Cue anxiety, burnout, depression, aggression, abandonment, dishonesty, inconsistency, and more.

When the brain and body come back into alignment, the system finally gets the message that the threat is over. From there, real healing—and relief, ease, and enjoyment—can finally begin.
