Why DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is the psychology "base camp" that allows you to feel more capable functioning in yourself and the world. It is a highly effective approach for people who want to feel more aligned with their intentions and build healthier, lasting relationships. By introducing approachable and practical skills, DBT helps strengthen emotional regulation, increase tolerance for difficult moments, improve awareness and mindfulness, and support more confident communication. You finally get to build a life that feels steadier, more connected, and more consistent with who you want to be.

The 20 Day Plan
Each morning Monday-Friday for 4 weeks you'll receive a message with a 15-minute practice designed to strengthen emotional intelligence and return your body and brain to safety.
By Friday, you'll understand the psychological concept and have practiced how to integrate it into your life, shifting it from just an idea into actual, do-able changes in your life.
And then? Take the weekend off. We start again on Monday.
I looked everywhere for DBT that would be effective but also fit my lifestyle, I I have a career and family so every weekday minute matters. Not only did I get a lot out of the material, I learned how to actually start and keep my own habits. My wife says I'm unrecognizable, for the better. and I agree. I can't suggest this program enough.
