Two Day Workshops

Two-day workshops create space not only for insight, but for integration. Day One identifies stress patterns and opportunities for change. Your team then returns to work to apply what they’ve learned. Two weeks later, we reconvene to refine what held, adjust what didn’t, and strengthen practices so they last.

  • You want time between sessions to apply changes in real work conditions

  • Your team benefits from reflection, feedback, and course correction

  • You’re ready to move beyond insight into real behavioral and cultural change

Testimonial:

"We build under deadlines, in the weather, and under pressure. That first day helped our crew see what was actually happening. After two weeks, we could feel the difference. Fewer blowups, steadier energy, and a crew that had each other’s backs. It made the job site better to work on."

A Case Study: Brightline Creative

# In Workshop: 21+

Brightline Creative is a Denver-based marketing agency specializing in brand strategy and digital campaigns for growth-stage companies. After several years of rapid expansion, leadership noticed rising burnout, reactive communication during tight launches, and creative fatigue across teams. They brought us in to reset internal dynamics, strengthen resilience, and build a more sustainable culture without losing momentum.

Day One: Understanding Pressure and Creative Strain

We began by mapping how stress was showing up inside the agency. Account managers described the pressure of client expectations and fast pivots, while designers and strategists shared how constant urgency was draining creativity and patience. Together, the team explored nervous system responses to deadlines, feedback cycles, and last-minute revisions, building shared language around bandwidth, activation, and recovery.

Brightline also added the Physical Therapy module. Our physical therapist assessed common tension points from long hours at desks, repetitive design work, and extended screen time. The team practiced simple mobility and regulation techniques they could use between meetings and during campaign sprints. The day ended with clear agreements for high-pressure launch periods and practical tools to support both creative energy and physical sustainability.

Day Two: Integration and Energy Sustainability

Two weeks later, our team returned. Brightline shared noticeable shifts in stress awareness and steadier energy during deadlines. Rather than adding more to their workload, we focused on making regulation simple, repeatable, and built into the rhythm of agency life.

For the second half of the day, Brightline split into two groups. Half the team continued with Physical Therapy, deepening mobility work and learning sustainable posture strategies for long creative sessions. The other half did our Creativity module, where (during a previously held conversation) employees chose Expression. Together, we explored psychology around self-expression, how our relationship with it forms, and the mental complexities that can hold us back from enjoying it. Then, our psychologist explored different ways team members could play with thier appearances to align with how they's enjoy being perceived; we watched the team become deeply understanding and caring for one another.

Employees continued feeling more capable of regulating their distress and commiunicating their needs. The team left happy and with clear strategies designed to protect creative output during high-demand seasons.
