Single Day Workshops

Single-day workshops offer a focused reset without pulling teams away from their work for long stretches of time. In one day, teams can slow down enough to see what’s actually happening beneath stress, miscommunication, and burnout, while still keeping momentum in their normal workflow. We'll built meaningful insight and regulation without the pressure of a multi-day commitment.

Choose A Single Day Workshop If:

  • Your team needs support but has limited time away from daily operations

  • You want practical tools and shared understanding without a long retreat format

  • You’re looking for a strong starting point before committing to deeper or multi-day work

Testimonial

"We didn’t realize how much pressure we were carrying until this workshop slowed us down enough to see it. The three-day format was what made it work. After the first session, we went back into real cases and real deadlines and tried to apply what we learned. Some of it stuck, some of it didn’t, and being able to come back and talk honestly about that made all the difference. By the final session a month later, the shift felt real. Communication was calmer, conflict felt less personal, and the office just felt steadier. It changed the tone of how we work together."

Client Story: High Ridge Backcountry Guides

# In Workshop: 5

High Ridge Backcountry Guides is a five-person Colorado-based ski guiding company leading advanced backcountry tours and avalanche education courses throughout the winter season. Long days in unpredictable conditions, high-risk decision-making, and the responsibility of client safety had begun to take a toll. While the team trusted each other in the field, subtle tension, fatigue, and post-season burnout were creeping in. They wanted to strengthen communication under pressure and build sustainable recovery practices without losing their edge.

We began by mapping how stress shows up in mountain terrain. The guides identified how adrenaline, responsibility, and split-second decision-making impact tone, clarity, and patience, especially late in long days. Together, we explored nervous system activation patterns specific to avalanche risk and client safety, integrating regulation techniques that can be used in real conditions.

High Ridge also added the Physical Therapy module. In the second half of the day, we addressed accumulated strain from carrying packs, skinning uphill, and repetitive downhill load. The team practiced mobility and recovery sequences designed to reduce injury risk and support longevity through the season.

The workshop closed with clear takeaways and shared commitments for the season ahead. The guides left with practical tools for managing stress in the field, protecting their bodies, and maintaining steady decision-making under pressure, strengthening both safety and team cohesion in the backcountry.

Client Story: Vireon Systems

# In Workshop: 33

Vireon Systems is a remote-first SaaS company with 28 employees serving fast-growing technology clients. Following rapid expansion and increased client demand, internal systems and team bandwidth began stretching thin. While growth was strong, subtle cultural strain started surfacing in digital communication and sprint cycles. They sought support to strengthen cohesion, protect employee wellbeing, and sustain performance as they expanded.

We met virtually with the full Vireon Systems team to explore how stress was showing up across Slack threads, sprint cycles, and time zones. Team members identified activation patterns under pressure and practiced nervous system regulation techniques designed for remote work, helping reduce reactivity and improve clarity during high-demand periods.

Vireon also added our Nutrition and Loss modules. After the core session, the team split into breakout groups. A smaller product team within the company had recently lost a close colleague they worked with daily, and they entered the Loss module to process the impact of that grief on their focus, motivation, and connection. The rest joined the Nutrition module to address screen fatigue, inconsistent meals, and energy crashes during long workdays.

The session closed with greater steadiness across the company, supporting  emotional resilience and sustainable performance as they continue to scale.
